Most if not all of us do not drink the water from cooked rice.  As we are not aware of the benefits of water of cooked rice and every time you cook the rice in a matter of fact, remove water after drinking and then . This water is full of beneficial nutrients obtained cooking rice.

  1. If you wait until the rice is cooked, there's no more water in it. So how can you drain the water? Isn't should be boil the rice and while it's boiling get some of the water and put it in a container. That's what we do back then to substitute milk for babies if there's no milk available.
