Making of garlic flu tonic:

-half a yellow onion (roughly chopped);
-5 cloves of garlic (roughly chopped);
-2 red chili peppers (roughly chopped);
-tablespoon of ginger (roughly chopped);
-juice of one lemon
organic, unfiltered and raw apple cider vinegar.
First, get a 350-500ml mason jar. Then, put the roughly chopped onion, garlic, chili peppers and ginger inside. Add the lemon juice in the mixture. After that, fill the mason jar with apple cider vinegar, leaving about 1cm at the top. Close the jar and store it in a pantry. After that, your flu tonic will be ready for use.
